Casa Mare Blu is a beautiful beach house in Costa Rica offering a slice of paradise in one of Central America's most beautiful and diverse countries. Is a blend of tropical and contemporary architectural styles, designed to take advantage of the stunning natural surroundings, with large windows and open spaces allowing for plenty of fresh air and natural light.

The space
One of the highlights of Casa Mare Blu is the outdoor living space. You'll find expansive terraces with comfortable seating and dining areas, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing while taking in the breathtaking views of the lush tropical vegetation by the pool
The wildlife is abundant, and it's not uncommon to spot howler monkeys, toucans, iguanas, and colorful butterflies right from the property.

A lock box is on site. We will provide you with a code to open the lock box and retrieve the keys, for a self check-in.
WIFI speed: 100 mbps (Fiber optic).
Access to laundry room included. Detergent is included for stays of 6 nights or more.
There is a security team that monitors the gated community from 7pm to 4am.
Events or parties are not allowed, nor noise after 10pm, to respect the neighborhood’s rules and regulations. Not abiding by this rule may result in a fine.
The property has a water filtration system and is safe to drink.
The TV is a Smart TV and may be used with streaming applications from the internet, such as Netflix.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Although we fumigate regularly, the property is located in a tropical climate and although rare, you may spot ants, scorpions or other critters. Please do not be alarmed as it is normal in our region.
The beach is open all day. Tamarindo is a great beach to learn to surf, to watch sunsets, and or to enjoy entertainment, shops, and restaurants.
Our region of Costa Rica is safe, but you should always be cautious with your belongings. Never leave valuables unattended.
This beach area and our residence is in constant development, so you may hear unexpected construction noise at some point, although it’s unlikely to be a burden. If any neighbors are being too loud in general, please let us know and we will try to help reduce noise.
Please treat the property with respect and try to keep it clean. We aim to conserve energy, so please turn off the air conditioning when not in use. While using the air conditioning, please keep the windows and doors shut.

Recommendations
Las Catalinas: New beach community with beach club, restaurant, walking, and bike trails. Google map
Flamingo: Famous for its turquoise sea and white sand. With a restaurant facing the sea called Coco Loco. Google map
Conchal: This beach is famous for its white sand and turquoise sea. The waves are very calm giving security and entertainment such as snorkeling and Jet Skiing. Google map
Playa Grande: Las Baulas National Marine Park, has restaurants, a spectacular beach, and incredible waves. We recommend bringing an umbrella for shade. Google map
Playa Carbón: It is a small black sand beach that is part of the Las Baulas National Marine Park, which also protects Playa Grande and Playa Ventanas, an extensive coastal area where the leatherback sea turtles spawn.
From the west of Playa Grande you can walk to the Ventanas and Carbón beaches. Also, you can ascend the Cerro el Moro (Cabo Velas), bordered by platforms and rocky cliffs, in which, while the tide goes out, it is possible to observe small and colorful minnows. Google map
Bahia Piratas: Beautiful beach with turquoise water, white sand, and not crowed. Great for long walks, fish, and swimming. Google map
Ventanas Beach: It is the beach that continues to the north of Playa Grande. Google map
Tamarindo: This beach is located in one of the most commercial areas of Guanacaste. It has shops, supermarkets and many restaurants. Google map
Langosta: The beach that follows Tamarindo white sand, access is through Tamarindo, it has a restaurant and a mini-supermarket. Google map
Avellanas: This beach is famous for its good waves and white sand. In addition to its restaurants facing the sea such as Lolas and La Purruja. Google map
Lagartillo: He has several entries, he sent you the easiest one for you to explore and find which one you like the most. Google map
Callejones: When you get to the parking lot, walk to the right and this is the best part. Passing the stones there is a small hidden bay Google map
